HOW IT WORKS Once purchased, you'll receive a link to download the Cardio Curious ABC app, where you'll find your program. Each workout includes video demonstrations of all exercises. The app has an in-built timer, so all you have to do is press start! You can also sync the app with your Apple Watch, your FitBit, and with My FitnessPal and Withings.

NO-EQUIPMENT PROGRAM This program is bodyweight-only. You will need some floor space and that's it! If you would like to go the extra mile, feel free to add some ankle weights.

START DATE This program starts on the 1st of August. Please make sure to sign up before midnight on the 31st of July to get a spot. If you need assistance, please email hello@cardiocurious.co.nz

Refund Policy

Due to its intangibility, this item is non-refundable. If you would like to amend your program dates, a small fee may be required to cover the run-costs of the app. Please email hello@cardiocurious.co.nz for assistance.
