If you're time-poor, these 5 minute stacklable exercise snacks are
perfect for you!

You follow the timer on the ABC Cardio Curious app for your 5 minute workout every day.
​
Each month, your aim is to complete 28-31 workouts.
​
As a Club Member, you will get year-round access to all challenges and new challenges! These include abs, advanced abs, arms, glutes, thighs, Pilates, flexibility and HIIT programs!
ON-DEMAND VIDEOS
When you have the time, you can opt to follow-along with
Chantelle on video.

Workouts last 15-40 minutes long.

As a Club Member, you can request a workout to be made for you.
For example, if you get a knee injury, you can request a knee-friendly workout. If you have 2 x 4kg dumbbells at home, Chantelle will make you a workout for these.
WEEKLY RECIPES
Every week, there will be a new healthy recipe available on your ABC Cardio Curious app.

Cooking nutritious and interesting meals can be a challenge, and we want to keep it as fresh and interesting as possible!
​
We also try to keep the ingredient list and the cost to a minimum.
Once purchased, you will be able to download the ABC Cardio Curious app. This can be synced with My FitnessPal, in-app meal photo tracking, FitBit, Withings or Apple Watches. All monthly challenges will be automatically assigned,
then you can choose to stack other challenges on top at any time!
Cancellation within less than 6 months has a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Subscriptions may be paused for up to 2 weeks at a time, with at least 2 weeks in between periods of hold,
via emailing support@cardiocurious.co.nz.
