Refund and Subscription Policies

CLASS BOOKINGS
If you cancel the service within 48 hours of the session for whatever reason, the service is full charge. Please note that ‘cancel’ includes non-attendance.
If Cardio Curious cancels the session at any time, you will receive a full refund for the value of that class.
Bookings close 3 hours before class.
PERSONAL TRAINING

Bookings must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If made with less than 24 hours notice and Chantelle is not in attendance, you will not be issued a refund. If you would like to book with less than 24 hours notice, please contact Chantelle directly via hello@cardiocurious.co.nz
ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Cancellation within less than 6 months has a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Subscriptions may be paused for up to 2 weeks at a time, with at least 2 weeks in between periods of hold via emailing hello@cardiocurious.co.nz.
Please be advised that in-person classes and therefore IRL membership and hybrid memberships will be discontinued on 9 March, 2024.
Hybrid memberships will automatically become online memberships at this time, but you will be notified well in advance.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to its intangibility, one-off online purchases are non-refundable. If you would like to amend dates of a purchased product, a small fee may be required to cover the cost of the CC ABC app. Please email support@cardiocurious.co.nz for assistance.
