LAZY GIRL CHALLENGE

Want to work out from the comfort of your mat? 

Complete a different 5 minute mat workout, every day of June!

The workouts are entirely floor-based. They are core-focused but they do work the full body! 

There is no impact, so this program is gentle on the joints. 

It is beginner-friendly.
